ejerciendo el cargo de subgerente legal, en donde represent\u00f3 y asisti\u00f3 a la empresa en importantes asuntos administrativos y litigiosos en el \u00e1rea constitucional, civil, penal y administrativo, as\u00ed como brind\u00f3 asesor\u00eda corporativa-mercantil al \u201ccliente interno\u201d.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Posteriormente, Jose Antonio fue director del \u00e1rea de resoluci\u00f3n de conflictos de la firma BLP en Guatemala, en donde ampli\u00f3 su trayectoria y experiencia, habi\u00e9ndose encargado de asuntos de mediana y alta complejidad en materias de \u00edndole comercial, civil, contencioso administrativo, laboral, constitucional y penal (como querellante y defensor).<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Actualmente, Jose Antonio asesora empresas nacionales e internacionales relacionadas con\u00a0 industrias de telecomunicaciones, farmac\u00e9utica, alimentos, bancos, financieras y terminales portuarias, en asuntos corporativo-mercantiles y litigiosos; tambi\u00e9n representa a v\u00edctimas de contrabando de mercader\u00eda y falsificaci\u00f3n de productos.
